Yes. To perform account-level analysis, you must select a tier for the Churn Service. This component is mandatory and scales based on the maximum number of customer accounts you intend to analyze.
You can tailor the platform to your specific tech stack and needs with several modular add-ons:
- Integrations: You can opt-in for CRM Sync to keep your data aligned.
- Automation: Workflow AI is available as an optional enhancement for your operations.
- Organizational Scale: If you need to segment different business units or teams, you can add Additional Workspaces.
For specific tasks like RMA Analysis or Meeting Prep, FunnelStory uses a consumption-based credit system. You purchase blocks of credits and only pay for the volume of actions your team actually performs.
Yes. The platform scales based on your team size. There are separate volume-based categories for Standard Users and Renari Users. As you add more users, the price per individual license typically decreases through tiered volume breaks.
There are three main ways to adjust or discount the final price:
- Average Contract Value (ACV) Alignment: This is a unique scaling lever. If your business has a lower ACV, you are eligible for significant percentage-based discounts to ensure the platform's cost remains proportional to your deal sizes. Conversely, very high ACV businesses may see a value-based increase.
- Subscription Commitment: Choosing a longer-term partnership provides a direct discount on the total package. Opting for a 24-month or 36-month commitment reduces the overall monthly rate compared to a standard annual plan.
- Volume Efficiency: Because the Churn Service and User licenses are tiered, your "per-unit" cost (per account or per user) becomes more efficient as your organization scales into higher volume brackets.
